HBS (Home Build Supplies), is an independently run builders merchant based in London.
We have been supplying building materials to the trade and public for nearly 30 years.
We opened our family business on 4th February 1992. This year we are 29 years young.
HBS moved to Upper Clapton Road in 1999 (see picture above). We are a family run business, and believe in providing top quality customer service and value for money.
A high percentage of our business is from repeat business and from recommendation by our existing customers. We are small enough to treat customers as individuals, but have the experience and buying power of a large company which enables us to offer independent pricing and stock control.
As a company we invest in training and continuous improvement to ensure all our staff have up-to-date product knowledge. Our vehicles benefit from a tracking system so we are able to keep customers updated with delivery times.
HBS have passed the fleet recognised requirement of FORS since 2015 which is audited every year. This demonstrates our commitment to exemplary levels of best practice in safety, efficiency, and environmental protection.
